VAPERITE & CANNARITE WARRANTY AND RETURNS POLICY
Dear Vaperite/Cannarite customers, we value and thank you for your business. Below you will find all the information regarding our warranty and returns policy.
E-liquid Return Policy
Vaperite will not accept any returns on e-liquid if it does not meet your personal flavour expectation. Please understand that taste is a very subjective sense that will vary from person to person. Due to strict Quality Control Guidelines, returned e-liquid cannot be re-used for any purpose. Any open or used e-liquid cannot be returned.
Hardware Warranty Policy
Please note that electronic cigarettes, atomizers/cartomizers and rechargeable batteries are functional devices. Even though they are made to the highest quality, they may fail or degrade over a period of time, especially if they are in constant use.
Re-buildable atomizers such as your RBA’s, RDA’s, RTA’s, RDTA’s and Mech Mods are for expert vapers. They are not intended for your average or beginner vapers with no knowledge of how to use the above hardware. Inexperienced vapers without basic knowledge of electronic cigarettes and vaporizers cannot safely use these devices. These products carry no warranty. We highly suggest doing enough research when purchasing the above mentioned products to ensure they are being used safely and correctly.
Cartomizers, atomizers, commercial tanks, pods, and coils carry NO WARRANTY due to health and hygienic reasons as well as it being a consumable item. Please note that all tanks are susceptible to leaking due to many factors e.g., heat (environmental and body), liquid viscosity, coil degradation, motion etc. In the rare case that a tank is leaking through the seals of the glass and it cannot be fixed with new seals we will replace the tank.
Below are the terms under which your electronic mod or electronic device is covered under our manufacturer’s warranty, in the unfortunate case of having to return a device that is not functioning normally:
Electronic mods and electronic devices carry a six-month warranty. Warranties will be void if any physical damage or modification is present on the device – scratches, chips and/or dents, the USB port is broken or damaged and the button is pushed in or damaged due to poor use by the consumer.
All parts need to be accounted for the warranty to be fulfilled. A 25% handling fee will be charged on all devices missing accessories. NO WARRANTY WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THE BOX AND/OR SLEEVE OF THE DEVICE.
The following conditions apply:
- A valid proof of purchase must be presented when making a claim under the terms of the guarantee. Please keep your receipt in a safe place as it is impossible to determine the guarantee period without a valid proof of purchase.
- A 72-hour testing period is required to fully determine if there is a fault and what the fault is – this is not necessary if the fault can be shown immediately upon return or we are given video proof of the fault.
- Upon receipt of your device, check it for any damage to ensure it is safe for use. Return it to the store as soon as possible for exchange if damaged. The guarantee is void if products are damaged after use, please do not use the damaged product.
- Failure to read and comply with the instructions for use, cleaning and maintenance will render your guarantee void. Please read these instructions carefully to ensure your safety, and to get the most effective use from the product.
- Any abuse, negligent, improper, or accidental use or care will render the guarantee void and Vaperite (Pty) Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage.
- Any attempt to repair, modify or replace unauthorized parts will render the guarantee void. This includes marking devices with nail polishes or substances that could cause damage to the body of the device or leak into the device and cause damage to the internals of the device.
- The guarantee on replaced products will be from the original date of purchase or from the date of replacement.
- If the product or part has been used in conjunction with a modified part the guarantee will be void.
- This warranty does not cover clearance products and consumable items including mouthpieces, cartridges, atomizers, coils, RBA’s, lanyards, and leather cases.
- Defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product will not be considered for replacement or credit.
- If the warranty period has expired, no replacement or credit will apply. (Warranty period is valid for 6 months on most products)

Batteries
Batteries cannot be returned unless they are duds out of the box, please make sure to check that your batteries are working on the day of purchase. Please note, batteries are best charged in an external charger or through the device using a USB wall charger. Batteries (internal or external) charged through a laptop or car charger are likely to have a shorter life span or in some cases become completely defunct.
Disposable Vapes
Disposable vapes carry NO WARRANTY. We urge you to open your disposable and make sure it is working on the day of purchase and notify us immediately if you are experiencing issues. We will allow a 48 Hour leniency for dud disposables to be exchanged. If you are buying in bulk, and you come across a dud please notify us on the day of opening it, we will take into consideration the original date of purchase and the average usage per disposable.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE DONE ON DISPOSABLE VAPES.
Cannarite Returns Policy
Below are the terms under which your Cannarite Product is covered under our manufacturer’s warranty, in the unfortunate case of having to return a product that is defective or not functioning normally:
Glassware which includes Bongs, Pipes, Rigs and any Glass Accessory carry a six-month warranty, this is subject to the product being defective and warranty will be void if any physical damage is present and caused by the misuse of the product.
Electronic Dry Herb Vaporizers carry a six-month warranty unless otherwise stipulated, certain higher end devices will carry a longer warranty depending on the brand and supplier.
NB: Warranty claims on standard devices may require a 72-hour testing period, high-end devices require 7 working days to process. All high-end devices are sent for extensive testing before a warranty can be fulfilled and a replacement/credit be given.

- If the problem is caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended use described by us. E.g., a glass attachment melting due to being heated incorrectly, the warranty will be void.
- Any attempt to repair, modify or replace unauthorized parts will render the guarantee void. This includes marking devices with nail polishes or substances that could cause damage to the body of the device or leak into the device and cause damage to the internals of the device.
- If harsh chemicals are used to clean any glassware, that causes any prints, designs or colour to come off we will not accept the return of the product. We recommend using a cleaning product bought from us and if you are unsure of how to clean your glassware, please ask one of our staff members for advice.
- Dry Herb vaporizers cannot be returned or warrantied due to the device not producing enough vapor, vapor production on dry herb vaporizers is dependent on the quality and moisture content of the herb.
- If the warranty period has expired, no replacement or credit will apply. (Warranty period is valid for 6 months on most products)

Refund Policy
Refunds will only be made in the case of a device being brought back to us within 7 days of purchase in unused and perfect condition, provided that there is proof that it was purchased from us. In the case of there being a warranty we are able to offer a full refund of the defective product, store credit or a swap out for a product of the same value. If the customer chooses something of higher value, they are responsible for the extra cost. All parts need to be accounted for in order to fulfill the warranty.
A 25% handling fee will be charged on all devices returned within 7 Days, unless the item is still in the original unopened packaging.

Proof of Purchase – Please ensure you retain your receipt as this must be presented when making a claim under the terms of the guarantee.
Bank Details – Bank Name, Branch, Branch Code, Type of Account and Account number.
Please include some insight as to why we need to refund, which product we are refunding etc.
PLEASE NOTE: Refunds can take up to 7 working days to be done and please remember depending on your bank the money can take a few days to reflect into your account
